Rise Souffle was worth every minute of our time and an intriguing “foodie” experience. Our waitress was very informative and was able to describe the details of each menu item. We were in town for a conference and a few people mentioned that we must try Rise and we are so glad we did! The decor was a combination of old world charm with coziness and beauty of French accents. The children’s books to the dinner ware, the napkins and beautiful pottery and other knickknacks, all kept your eye wandering for what you’d see next! The food was exceptional. Everyone loved their meal. Each souffle was decadent, from the appetizers to the desserts. Although the meals were plenteous, people didn’t leave overly stuffed. And even though everything tasted amazing, calorie counts were also impressive. Let’s just say if you’re in Tulsa and you want a splurge night - this is it!!

Sweetest staff. We weren’t that hungry and Kaylei took such a good care of us, without judgement and helping us pack food up for later and share stuff. The set up is like a little French bistro, loved the theming of everything. They even had all their dish ware customized. Our favorite was the marshmallow soup! Highly recommend for a special unique date night!

This restaurant offered a unique and delightful dining experience. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, setting the stage for the star of the show: the souffles. Both sweet and savory options are expertly prepared and full of flavor. The drink menu had plenty to order from. Our waitress, Kyle, was exceptional - friendly, attentive, and passionate about the menu. Highly recommend for a special night out!

We celebrated our 24th anniversary at Rise Souffle in Tulsa Utica Square, and it was absolutely perfect. From the charming ambiance to the flawless service, every detail made the evening unforgettable. We started with their famous Marshmallow Soup — a creamy tomato and carrot bisque with tangy goat cheese “marshmallows.” Truly unique and so comforting. For entrees, we shared the Southwest Chicken Souffle and the Mac & Cheese Souffle. Both were divine — airy yet rich, perfectly seasoned, and beautifully presented. My wife @Cre8tive finished with the Blueberry Souffle, which was bursting with flavor and beautifully airy. I had the Creme Brulee, with its perfectly crisp top and creamy custard — classic and flawless. Our Server, Andrelle, went above and beyond — friendly, attentive, and made us feel like VIPs. Thank you, Rise Souffle, for making our anniversary dinner feel magical. We’ll definitely be back!

I took my 92 year old grandmother for lunch at Rise in Tulsa. We had the most wonderful time. We sat in the sunroom which was quiet and had plenty of lighting. Our server , Jasmine, was so kind and polite . She answered all our question. She was so very professional yet welcoming and warm. We ordered too much to mention here but absolutely everything was delicious. We will be returning for sure ! recommend!

I’m so delighted to review this exquisite French gem. I honestly felt as if I was in Paris, very classy and charming vibe.... a truly memorable restaurant where you can actually escape for a couple hours and feel as if you are on a Paris bar vacation... you will not forget dinning here guaranteed. It’s an experience in itself. Rise is elegant but not pompous, casual dress or dress to impress... your call. I can’t speak highly enough for the very gracious and kind staff. Their appetizer plates are each handmade by an Amish community. The water glass .... I really wish I could’ve bought some to take home with me. They were the perfect “heavy” and I really loved the feel and style. For starters the French bread was warm, fresh and had the sacred yeast taste! Bread smells 10/10 I had the Rise salad with grilled chicken. Every bite was a mouth O. Tasteful, fresh, perfectly prepared. The chocolate souffle was amazing. Airy, light and perfection. They had painted rocks. Very cute. Also the bill comes in a rock! When you leave don’t forget to spin the bingo ball and get your famous quote. I highly recommend Rise!!!!

My wife and I were looking for a place to get a bite to eat and chose Rise because it looked different and the location was nearby. Our waitress Hannah was extremely knowledgeable of the menu , very patient with our questions, and helpful with our selections. She is truly an asset to this restaurant. We ordered the Marshmallow soup, Avocado Souffle, and finished with Praline Pecan Souffle. We shared everything as we usually do, and the portions were ample enough to do so. I was blown away by the creativity of the marshmallows being made from goat cheese , this soup was sensational. It had a carrot , tomato flavor accompanied with the "marshmallows." We were very skeptical about dining at a French restaurant in Tulsa, but we're so glad we gave it a try. I highly recommend you do as well.

What a wonderful birthday treat at Rise Souffle Tulsa! The staff made us feel so special with birthday napkins and great service. We started with the amazing marshmallow soup (with goat cheese “marshmallows”)—a must-try! I had the crab souffle, my friend had the sausage, and we finished with heavenly chocolate souffles. Portions are generous, so sharing is a good idea if you’re not super hungry. We also loved browsing their little shop—my friend even surprised me with an Oklahoma tea towel. Highly recommend for a special occasion or cozy outing!
